LeoForce is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Orlando, FL to provide expert legal counsel on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, leases, financing, and dispositions. The role demands strong negotiation, drafting, and research skills, with a focus on commercial real estate and the ability to work under pressure.

You will collaborate with a dynamic legal team, stay current on real estate regulations, and mentor junior attorneys.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a focus on commercial real estate.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Provide training and guidance to junior members of the team on real estate law matters.
