Job Juncture is recruiting a Real Estate Associate to join a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 Commercial Real Estate practice. The hybrid role involves handling sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for a broad range of assets.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school with excellent academics, and possess active bar admission in at least one of the listed jurisdictions plus 3+ years of substantive

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in DE, FL, MD, NJ, NY, TX or DC in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews including title, survey, zoning, and other matters.
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions.

Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex real estate transactions and working alongside a collaborative team on high-profile matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing

• 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
