Job summary
P4P, a growing real estate company in New York, seeks a motivated Attorney to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with experience in real estate law to contribute on contracts, transactions, and compliance.
You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts, assist with acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing, and coordinate with outside counsel as needed while delivering guidance on real estate matters in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- J.D. degree required.
- Real estate law experience is a plus; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and must be admitted to the Bar.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
