Goodwin Recruiting in New York seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney at the Non-Equity Partner level to join its expanding Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate has extensive lease experience and will handle sophisticated transactions, advise clients, and contribute to growth.
The role focuses on commercial leasing, landlord-tenant representation, and real estate deals for office, retail, and other properties.
Qualificações
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active New York Bar admission in good standing.
- 8–12+ years of commercial real estate law experience.
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating office, retail, and commercial property leases.
- Experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and commercial property owners.
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client advisory skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex transactions and client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate within a team-oriented practice.
Responsabilidades
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial lease agreements.
- Represent landlords and tenants in office, retail, and other commercial leasing transactions.
- Advise developers, property owners, and corporate tenants on leasing strategies and risk management.
- Support commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions through lease reviews and due diligence.
- Evaluate lease provisions, tenant obligations, and potential legal and financial risks.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships.
