Job summary

Premier NYC real estate law firm seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its transactional practice.

The attorney will independently lead sophisticated commercial leasing matters representing owners, developers, investors, and tenants across office, retail, industrial, and other assets. Compensation: $200,000–$350,000+, commensurate with experience, practice level, business generation, and overall qualifications. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• NY Bar admission required.
• 7+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage transactions.
• Acquisitions, dispositions, or finance experience a plus.
• Portable business welcomed, but not required.
