Boutique real estate law firm seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel to clients involved in high-value acquisitions, financings, developments, and construction projects across various property types, including office, retail, shopping centers, industrial, and multi-family properties. Position Details: Hybrid work environment

Responsibilities:

1. Counsel clients on all aspects of real estate law, focusing on acquisitions, financings, developments, and construction projects.
2. Negotiate, draft, and review contracts such as purchase agreements, financing agreements, loan documents, lease agreements, and development contracts.
3. Collaborate with clients, developers, lenders, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
4. Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including reviewing title reports, environmental assessments, and other relevant documents.
5. Provide strategic advice on risk management and dispute resolution related to real estate transactions.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
7. Stay informed about developments in real estate law and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Active law license in NY and/or NJ.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, financing, and leasing; existing book of business is a plus.
4. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle a high volume of complex matters while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
6. Proactive, solution-oriented team player.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonus. This role requires on-site presence in Manhattan four days a week.
