Growing general practice law firm with a very large concentration of its practice focused on residential real estate conveyancing is seeking a full‑time associate. Prior legal experience handling real estate closings in Massachusetts is strongly preferred, however, transferable experience in other nearby states will be considered. An existing book of business and/or relationships with loan officers and realtors while not required, will be viewed favorably. Additional prior experience with commercial transactions, or Estate Planning, or a second language, while also not required, will be considered a plus.
The successful candidate must be intrinsically motivated and have a high attention to detail; be able to dutifully manage files in a deadline‑oriented, high‑volume, atmosphere; engage in significant client and vendor contact over email; and responsibly represent the firm while interfacing with attorneys and fellow staff.
