Qualifications

• Experience with contract review, drafting real estate/closing documents, title examination, and resolving title issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate closing software.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our growing practice in Leland, North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and will oversee all aspects of the closing process, from contract review through post-closing matters. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
