Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in real estate.

• Interest in developing and ultimately growing a long-term real estate practice.

Responsibilities

Ruthbridge Legal Search is partnering with a reputable and established law firm seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is a particularly strong opportunity for an attorney who wants more than simply a seat within a real estate group. The incoming attorney will work closely with a highly experienced partner holding a well-established practice and client base, creating meaningful opportunity for mentorship, increased responsibility, client exposure, and long-term practice development.

The Practice

The work will center primarily around sophisticated commercial real estate matters and may include:

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Commercial leasing and lease negotiations
• Financing and lending transactions
• Title, survey, and due diligence matters
• Purchase and sale agreements
• Easements, restrictions, and other property-related agreements
• Representation of developers, owners, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants
• General real estate counseling throughout the lifecycle of a transaction

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters with increasing independence
