Hamilton Families is seeking a Real Estate Associate in San Francisco to support housing placements for unhoused families. You will conduct rental market analyses, engage with owners and property managers, and maintain a housing units database to ensure timely placements.

Qualifications

2+ years of real estate or property management experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Background in working with nonprofit organizations or community programs.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain partnerships with property owners and housing groups.
Collaborate with Case Managers to support housing placement and retention.
Source and negotiate housing units, terms, and deposits.
Match families with housing meeting needs and minimize barriers.
Oversee placement from Intent to Rent through move-in.
Provide housing location services for external contracts, from intake to aftercare.
Conduct HQS inspections for safety and compliance.
Research public records for new vendor packets and verify owner information.
Educate landlords on fair housing laws and lease compliance.
Track available units in Salesforce and maintain records.
