Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a 2nd–4th year associate to join the Real Estate Practice Group in Miami (and other office locations). The role focuses on commercial real estate and financing transactions across assets such as office, mixed-use, retail, and hotels, with substantial drafting and negotiating responsibilities.

Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, be in good standing, and be admitted to the Bar in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• 2nd–4th year associate in Real Estate with commercial real estate and financing experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate and financing documents (purchase agreements, leases, loan docs, etc.).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with partners and clients and contribute to real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and financing documents.
