Candidates should have strong experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related agreements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, JD from ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing with the bar.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school and in good standing with the Bar.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate and financing documents.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate real estate and financing documents (P&S, leases, loan agreements, CC&Rs, etc.).
• Work directly with partners and clients in a team-based environment.
• Contribute to development and joint venture projects when applicable.
