Qualified candidates will have suitable experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating related documents such as purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, and related instruments.
Successful candidates will show strong writing and communication skills, with the potential for direct interaction with partners and clients.

- Experience drafting and negotiating real estate and financing documents.
Responsibilities
- Work on commercial real estate and financing matters.
- Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related agreements.
- Interact with partners and clients and contribute to deal teams.
