Qualified candidates will have substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions across mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school required.
• Excellent writing and communication skills required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate and financing documents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate real estate and financing transaction documents (purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, CC&Rs, development agreements, etc.).
• Assist in real estate development and joint venture work; interact with partners and clients.
• Maintain high professional standards and strong work ethic in a team-based environment.
