About the Position:
We are working with an Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a real estate attorney to join the prestigious real estate practice in its Chicago office. This market-leading practice has hundreds of attorneys around the world and handles a range of real estate matters, including litigation, leasing, finance, construction, and land use. Responsibilities:
· Represent property developers, lenders, investment managers, private equity funds, REITs, and private owners in a range of real estate matters
· Work on a full range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and development

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of commercial real estate transactions experience, including joint ventures, development, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate finance
· Strong drafting and negotiation skills
· Large law firm experience is preferred
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $295,000.
