Quarles & Brady is seeking a mid-level/senior associate to join our Real Estate and Land Use group in the Chicago office. Our team has built a strong, Chambers-ranked real estate practice with 12 attorneys and professionals in Chicago, and a broader national group of over 50 members.

We seek a real estate attorney who is motivated and curious, interested in working across various areas of real estate law. Responsibilities include support in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing, zoning and land use, and asset management. Our clients include institutional investors, lenders, private equity investors, developers, startups, health systems, renewable energy companies, and franchise companies. We value collaboration, training, and professional development.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Qualified applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.

Quarles offers competitive salaries, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health, vision, dental, 401(k), life, disability insurance, and more. Benefit eligibility depends on hours worked. The salary range for Chicago-based associates is $190,000 to $265,000 annually.
