• Candidates will advise clients on complex real estate transactions, particularly on the equity side, representing institutional investors, real estate funds, owners, operators, and developers.
• Work spans various asset classes including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, medical office, and life science properties.
• Responsibilities include counseling on real estate joint venture formation and restructuring, acquisition, development and financing, portfolio transactions, and leasing matters.
• Experience representing borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing, securitized loans, construction lending, preferred equity investments, bridge financing, and other financing vehicles is required.
• The position requires "first chair" capabilities and comfort representing clients on the debt side of the table.
