Qualified candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar status, and 2–4 years of real estate transaction experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leases, with exposure to debt or equity matters.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive real estate transactions experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing).
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and advise strategically.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents (purchase agreements, leases, financing documents).
• Conduct legal due diligence (title, survey) and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic legal advice.
