Job summary

Tempting Recruitment, on behalf of a global law firm, seeks an experienced Associate to join the Real Estate team in Dallas. The role focuses on real estate secured finance transactions, with additional exposure to purchase, disposition and development matters.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in commercial real estate finance, excellent drafting and communication skills, and must be admitted to the Texas Bar. This is a permanent, full-time on-site position in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of transactional experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Outstanding writing and communication abilities.
• Outstanding academic qualifications.
• Bar admittance in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Create and negotiate mortgage loan documents.
• Supervise real estate due diligence, including leases, project papers, title and survey reviews.
• Examine corporate organizational records and opinions about mortgage loan legality.
• Organize closings.
• Collaborate with loan providers.

JOB ROLE

Not only is this a chance to work on a variety of other intricate real estate transactions, such as purchase, disposition, and development projects, the lawyer will largely concentrate on real estate secured finance transactions.
