Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking an Analyst, Asset Management in Atlanta to provide research, analyses, and reporting for the Asset and Investment Management Group. You will underwrite properties, forecast performance, and support budgeting and capital planning.

The role requires a finance- or real estate-related degree and 0–2+ years of asset management or data analysis experience, with proficiency in Excel and data tools. A driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience in residential asset management or institutional real estate; single family preferred.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience in extensive, detailed data analysis and reporting.
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Proficiency utilizing Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic OS tools.
• Proficiency in programming: R or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports.
• Assist with property level asset management decisions and program implementation.
• Underwrite investment properties; establish monthly rental rate, property value, and capital needs.
• Support capital budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Write financial reports and retrieve data from company systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for stakeholders.
• Forecast, analyze and summarize organizational trends.
• Create ad hoc financial reports, graphs and charts.
