The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in real estate finance, strong analytical and writing skills, and proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel. Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate/finance experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to mentor Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models for property valuations and lease analyses.
• Monitor asset operating performance against business plans.
• Assist in preparing annual property budgets and business plans.
• Accompany Asset Managers on property visits.
• Develop relationships with third-party property managers.
