Qualifications

Strong real estate finance knowledge and return metrics understanding.
Advanced proficiency with Excel for financial analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track asset performance across the ownership lifecycle.
Act as front-line owner of property business plan execution and tracking.
Scope, bid, track, and facilitate capital projects.
Liaise with and direct performance of property management partners.
Support loan covenants monitoring and refinancing efforts.
Assist with investor reporting materials and market research.
