Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models (go-forward return models, next buyer models, DCFs, development pro formas)
• Build analyses to support investment, financing, capital, and sale decisions
• Real estate and public company valuation analysis
• Support due diligence and transaction execution under senior team direction
• Assist in preparing materials for deal counterparties, external advisors, and platform leadership
• Attend site tours
• Assist with legal negotiations and due diligence
• Develop investment budgets, strategic plans, and asset valuations
• Track portfolio performance metrics and prepare recurring reports
• Excel financial modeling
• Draft memoranda and presentations for internal and external use
• Conduct market research and data analysis
