Job summary

Selby Jennings seeks a results-driven real estate professional to support asset management and investment initiatives across a diverse portfolio of office and retail properties.

You will build and maintain complex Argus and Excel models, perform valuation and cash flow analyses, and assist with dispositions, debt transactions, and due diligence, partnering with leasing, development, and finance teams to optimize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in real estate investing, asset management, investment banking, brokerage, or related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support asset management and investment initiatives across a portfolio of office and retail properties.
• Build and maintain complex Argus and Excel models.
• Conduct valuation, hold/sell, leasing, and cash flow analyses.
• Assist with dispositions, refinancings, debt transactions, and due diligence processes.
• Develop property-level business plans and investment strategies.
• Partner with teams across leasing, development, property management, and finance to drive asset performance.
• Evaluate investment returns, capital allocation decisions, and portfolio optimization opportunities.
