The person in this role will be primarily responsible for providing quantitative and analytical support to investment and asset management executives while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data used to make critical investment decisions. They will interact directly with Managing Directors, Principals, Vice Presidents, and Senior Associates. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an early career real estate finance professional to join a dynamic and strategic team. Their contributions are critical to the strategic decision making process from both an individual investment and a portfolio perspective. The core responsibilities include financial modeling, management as well as other investment activities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong analytical background, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Argus.
