Brixmor Property Group is seeking an Analyst in Financial Asset Management to support day-to-day financial execution for the regional portfolio. You will maintain asset-level models, support IC materials, and provide analytical backing for asset management and transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or economics (preferred).
• Entry-level to ~1 year of analyst experience.
• ARGUS exposure preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset-level financial models for forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Update models for leasing activity, capex, budget changes and asset events.
• Coordinate with property management and leasing teams to gather inputs.
• Prepare IC materials and supporting analyses for regional portfolio submissions.
• Develop asset-level Argus models for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Assist with transaction underwriting and due diligence processes.
