Job summary

Macdonald & Company is partnering with a leading institutional owner and operator of manufactured housing communities to appoint an Asset Management Analyst or Senior Analyst to its Denver, Colorado team.

This role sits within the Asset Management group and focuses on evaluating performance, analyzing trends, and improving processes used to support operating and investment decisions across a multi-state portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operating and financial performance across the portfolio.
• Partner closely with field and property operations teams to understand drivers behind asset performance.
• Analyze property-level revenue, expenses, rents, occupancy and other operating metrics to understand impact on NOI.
• Support annual budgeting and portfolio planning, including rent analysis and market benchmarking.
• Build and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks for portfolio decisions and investments.
• Help develop asset management processes, reporting protocols and decision-making frameworks across the portfolio.
• Evaluate market and competitor data to ensure assumptions and benchmarks are accurate.
• Support acquisition underwriting, market analysis, due diligence and capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare analysis, reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
