• Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• ARGUS Modeling experience required.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities.
• Create detailed financial analyses utilizing both Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments.
• Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models.
• Prepare investment Committee Research presentation materials.
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors.
• Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates.
• Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis.
• Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams.
• Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts.

Our client is a large/well-known Private Equity Firm that invest primarily in Real Estate and Real Estate related investments, currently seeking to add a highly motivated Analyst/Senior Analyst to their growing Acquisition/Asset Management Team. This opportunity is very well suited for a young star who has passion for Real Estate Investing and is looking for end to end deal exposure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting real estate investments/acquisitions team (must possess superior modeling and written and verbal communication skills). This team will touch all Asset Classes (Real Estate) and encompass the following responsibilities:
