Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Familiarity with LIHTC and affordable housing financing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly property financial statements, budgets, and operating reports.
• Monitor portfolio performance against budgets and benchmarks.
• Maintain portfolio-level financial models and dashboards.
• Prepare variance analysis, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support capital planning, refinancing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Property Management, Development, and Finance teams.
