Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in construction/asset management.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD Section 8, and Housing Choice Voucher programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and reserve funds for a portfolio of assets.
• Oversee capital improvement initiatives and project budgeting.
• Coordinate with third-party management and prepare operating budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and LIHTC reporting.
• Lead portfolio planning and long-term ownership strategies.
• Support development and refinancing initiatives with related teams.
