Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for departmental support.
• Monitor a portfolio of small loans; perform quarterly financial statements and reviews; present recommendations to management.
• Track loan events (interest-only expiration, hedge expirations, loan maturity) and assess impact on performance.
• Provide customer service support to team and clients; coordinate with loan servicers to meet client needs; gather financial statements and reports.
• Assist with mandated inspections of assigned properties.
• Perform inspections of assigned properties as required.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Exchange straightforward information and confirm understanding.
