The Mogharebi Group is seeking a skilled Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Analyst/Underwriter to analyze investments for Market Rate and Affordable Housing and support Sales Advisors in representing property owners.

You will evaluate performance, collaborate on acquisitions/dispositions, and analyze loan processes while leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions. Pay is based on experience and skillset.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience valuating both Market Rate and Affordable Housing Multifamily properties.
• Strong mathematical and Excel skills, ability to use and further incorporate additional AI tools a plus.
• Proficiency in quantitative research techniques.
• Familiarity with underwriting processes from the brokerage side.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for informed decision-making.
