Qualifications

• Active real estate license or nearing completion.
• Experience in customer service or sales, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with clients to understand real estate needs.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new prospecting and closing strategies.
• Ability to manage tasks using a daily system and stay organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication to present listings.

Responsibilities
