• Blend accounting, finance, and portfolio management work with high exposure to the front office.
• Partner with asset managers, acquisitions, and senior leadership to support investment and portfolio decisions.
• Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level performance, including variances and operating results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Prepare fund and investor reporting with accounting and fund teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to track performance and inform decisions.
• Contribute to fund-raising and investor materials as the firm raises new funds.
