Job summary

Sbhonline is seeking an On-site Underwriting Analyst to support the underwriting process, manage loan files, and assist from application through closing. You will work with senior lenders to analyze deals and ensure accurate loan conditions, balancing risk and return.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in CRE, banking, underwriting, or financial analysis. You’ll thrive in a fast-growing team driven by initiative and rigorous market analysis.

Qualifications

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 / year (plus discretionary performance bonus)

We are a rapidly growing private lender specializing in fix & flip, short-term bridge, and DSCR loans, providing flexible capital for investors across residential, multifamily, commercial, and value-add real estate. In this role, you will work alongside our senior team to support the underwriting process, manage loan files, and play an active part in transactions from initial application through closing.

Key Responsibilities
