Blackstone Real Estate seeks an Applied AI Engineer at Associate or Senior Associate level in New York, NY. You will turn a rich real estate data environment into production-quality AI tools and workflows that support faster, better investment decisions.

Responsibilities include partnering with investment and asset teams, building dashboards and data pipelines, and delivering scalable outputs using Python, SQL, APIs and LLMs. Strong communication and governance are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in software engineering, data engineering or related tech role.
Undergraduate degree in CS, engineering, math or statistics preferred.
Strong experience with Python, SQL, APIs and data pipelines.
Experience building with LLMs, AI agents and enterprise AI apps.
Real estate or financial services experience is a plus.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into plans and measurable outcomes.
Build AI solutions using proprietary real estate data, dashboards and workflows.
Work hands-on with Python, SQL, APIs, databases and enterprise AI tools.
Ensure security, governance, testing and readiness for deployment.
