Qualifications

• 1-2 years of 100% commission sales experience.
• Or 1 year of real estate with 8–12 closed deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow your client base using personal network, referrals, and team leads.
• Convert warm leads into client relationships and close transactions.
• Guide buyers and sellers from contract to close.
• Participate in coaching, script practice, and skills sessions.
• Track activity, pipeline, and production in Brivity Technology.
• Collaborate with the team toward shared production goals.
• Represent Empower Homes’ service standards in every client interaction.
