Job summary

Empower Homes in Greenville, SC is building a team of driven, full-time real estate agents with strong coaching and support. Whether you are licensed or a proven salesperson, you will receive hands-on coaching and provided leads to grow your book of clients.

You will prospect, convert warm leads, guide clients through contracts to close, and track your pipeline in Brivity Technology. We value independence within a collaborative team and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Industry License is not required to apply, but helps.
• Minimum 1-2 years of 100% commission sales experience or 1 year real estate with 8-12 closed deals.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow your own client base through network, referrals, and team-provided leads.
• Convert warm leads into client relationships and closed transactions.
• Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction from contract to close.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and script practice.
• Track activity, pipeline, and production in Brivity Technology.
• Collaborate with the team toward shared production goals.
• Represent Empower Homes' standard of service in every client interaction.
