Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate your own leads, 15+ hours a week
• Convert leads to appointments and appointments to signed clients
• Consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and guide transactions start to finish
• Conduct open houses and build your local market expertise
• Track activity and clients in Brivity Technology
• Practice and internalize team scripts through weekly role-play
• Show up to team meetings and pull your weight as part of the group
