Qualifications

• Real estate license helpful but not required.
• 1-2 years of 100% commission sales experience, or 1 year real estate experience with 8–12 closed deals.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow client base through network, referrals, and team-provided leads.
• Convert warm leads into client relationships and closed transactions.
• Guide buyer and seller clients through the full transaction, from contract to close.
• Track activity, pipeline, and production in Brivity Technology.
• Collaborate with the team toward shared production goals.
• Represent Empower Homes' standard of service in every client interaction.
