You’ll represent buyers and sellers, prospect and convert leads, host open houses, and leverage KW Command and client tools. The position is full-time, in-person, with a commission-based structure and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
• Learn to prospect, follow up, and convert leads consistently.
• Host open houses, attend client appointments, and manage transactions.
• Use industry-leading technology to stay organized and build your brand.
• Collaborate with top agents, team leaders, and productivity coaches.
