Keller Williams Realty is seeking motivated Realtors to advance their real estate careers. This commission-based role offers the potential for six-figure earnings through high-value transactions and a flexible schedule.

You will work within a collaborative team while maintaining independence and access to extensive training and support. Ideal candidates are licensed real estate professionals with strong communication, time management, and prospecting skills.

Formación

• Must be licensed real estate professional with strong communication and sales skills.

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues; strong time management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
