Mark Spain Real Estate - Corp is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent in Georgia to join a top-producing team. You will work on 8–15 pre-qualified appointments per month with no prospecting, no desk fees, and commission-based earnings.

Active Georgia license or ability to obtain within 30 days, plus 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in 24 months. You’ll receive 1:1 coaching, AI-assisted pricing, full admin support, and a clear path to high earnings.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia real estate license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in the last 24 months.
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Atlanta area service territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated and results-driven.
