Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified appointments delivered to you into closings.
