Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Convert pre-qualified appointments into closings.
• Follow Mark Spain Real Estate process from appointment to closing.
• Stay responsive and organized to build client relationships.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to price, position, and serve clients.
