New agents receive hands-on mentorship, a dedicated marketing team, and our Success Track training program to grow a repeat-and-referral business in Janesville and Rock County.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license; Shorewest assists.
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing
• Follow up on leads and build your client base
• Host showings and open houses with support from the marketing team
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a close
• Grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest's Success Track program
