Job summary

Shorewest, Wisconsin's largest family-owned real estate company, is hiring entry-level real estate agents for our Racine office. No prior experience required; we provide training to help you obtain a Wisconsin real estate license and build a business around it.

New agents receive leads, mentorship, and access to a dedicated marketing team, plus a Success Track program to grow a repeat-and-referral business in Racine County.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license — Shorewest will help.

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your own client base.
• Host showings and open houses, with the marketing team behind you.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a smooth close.
• Grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest's Success Track program.
