Job summary

Shorewest is hiring real estate agents in Milwaukee and the greater Milwaukee area. No prior real estate experience is required; we provide training to help you obtain your Wisconsin license and build a successful business.

Agents start with leads, marketing support, and mentorship, working in a flexible full- or part-time arrangement. Compensation is 100% commission, with typical earnings between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, and no cap on growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license with support from Shorewest.

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your own client base
• Host showings and open houses, with marketing team behind you
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a smooth close
• Grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest's Success Track program
