Shorewest Real Estate Services in Waukesha County invites motivated individuals to start a real estate career. No prior experience required; we provide licensing support and a clear path from class to closing.

New agents receive leads, a dedicated marketing team, mentorship, and our Success Track program. Compensation is 100% commission, with earnings typically ranging from $75,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on effort and market conditions.

Formación

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license with company support.

Responsabilidades

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your own client base.
• Host showings and open houses, with your marketing team behind you.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a smooth close.
• Grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest's Success Track program.
