Responsibilities

• Work Zillow Flex leads, delivering prompt, professional follow‑up to convert inquiries into clients.
• Provide buyers and sellers with knowledgeable guidance throughout the real estate process.
• Attend team trainings, mentorship sessions, and coaching designed to help new agents build confidence and skills.
• Conduct property showings, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts under team guidance.
• Leverage CRM tools and team‑provided technology to track and manage leads effectively.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to learn best practices, scripts, and strategies that drive results.
• Deliver excellent client service to build a reputation that supports repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
